Brewing Instructions

    1. Fill bottom chamber with pre-heated water to just below valve

    2. Add 20g medium-fine ground coffee to filter basket (don't tamp)

    3. Level grounds but don't compress

    4. Screw top chamber on tightly

    5. Place on medium-low heat

    6. Leave lid open to monitor brewing

    7. When coffee starts flowing, reduce heat to low

    8. Remove from heat when you hear gurgling/sputtering

    9. Run base under cold water to stop extraction

  10. 10

    10. Pour and serve immediately

Pro Tips

- Pre-heating water speeds brewing and prevents bitter taste - Use medium-low heat for best results - Don't tamp the grounds like espresso - Stop extraction before intense gurgling - Clean thoroughly after each use - Replace gasket periodically for good seal
